Take the A1 highway (Rome direction). Exit at Firenze Certosa and take the highway to Siena. Exit at Siena Ovest and follow signs to SS 73 Senese-Aretina. From Siena Ovest take the SS-73 Senese-Aretina while following signs to Sovicille. As you get into Sovicille turn left and then right. After 4 kilometers you arrive at Ancaiano. The villa is the only house on the right side after an elbow curve.
